Prime Video’s “Them: The Scare” Official Trailer Released

Them-The-ScareToday, Prime Video has released the official trailer of the horror anthology series Them: The Scare. This second installment will consist of eight episodes and premiere on Thursday, April 25, 2024, in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. All episodes will be available upon release.

THEM will once again be set in Los Angeles (the first installment, subtitled Covenant, took place in Compton circa 1952 but will move the time frame forward to 1991).

The story centers on LAPD Homicide Detective Dawn Reeve, who is assigned to a new case: the gruesome murder of a foster home mother that has left even the most hardened detectives shaken. Navigating a tumultuous time in Los Angeles, with a city on the razor’s edge of chaos, Dawn is determined to stop the killer. But as she draws closer to the truth, something ominous and malevolent grips her and her family.

Amazon’s New Goofy, and Gruesome “Fallout” Trailer Released

Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them.

The show stars Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets), Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Sarita Choudhury (Homeland), Michael Emerson (Person of Interest), Leslie Uggams (Deadpool), Frances Turner (The Boys), Dave Register (Heightened), Zach Cherry (Severance), Johnny Pemberton (Ant-Man), Rodrigo Luzzi (Dead Ringers), Annabel O’Hagan (Law & Order: SVU), and Xelia Mendes-Jones (The Wheel of Time).

Fallout is set to premiere on Prime Video on April 11, 2024.

Official Trailer for “GEN V”, From the World of “The Boys”

Gen V is set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (run by Vought International), and V explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test.

The lead of The Boys Spinoff is Marie who has the ability to manipulate and shape it into weapons.

The series also stars Chance Perdomo as Andre Anderson, Lizzie Broadway as Emma Meyer, Derek Luh and London Thor as Jordan, Victoria Neuman as Claudia Doumit, and appearances by Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, Jessie T. Usher as A-Train, and Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett.

The new series is set for release on Prime Video on September 29, 2023.

New Trailer for “Shotgun Wedding” Released

New Trailer for Shotgun Wedding ReleasedPrime Video has just release a new official trailer for Jennifer Lopez’s new film, Shotgun Wedding. The film also stars recent Golden Globe winner Jennifer Coolidge and Josh Duhamel.

Directed by Jason Moore, the romantic action comedy also stars Sônia Braga, Cheech Marin, Selena Tan, D’Arcy Carden, Callie Hernandez, Desmin Borges, Steve Coulter, Alberto Isaac, and Lenny Kravitz.

Coolidge is once again the scene stealer. She plays the mother of Josh Duhamel’s character Tom. “I’ve been looking forward to this moment ever since baby Tommy was cut out of my abdomen,” Coolidge’s Carol says, as wedding preparations get underway.

In the film, Darcy (Jennifer Lopez) and Tom (Josh Duhamel) get their lovable but very opinionated families for the ultimate destination wedding just as the couple get cold feet. But suddenly everyone’s lives are in danger when the entire party is taken hostage. The couple must work together to save their loved ones — if they don’t end up killing each other first.

Shotgun Wedding premieres on Prime Video on January 27, 2023.

New Exclusive Trailer Debuts at SDCC for Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power

Today, San Diego transformed into Middle-earth, as Prime Video showcased its highly anticipated and epic upcoming series, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, for a dazzled Hall H audience at San Diego Comic-Con.

The series’ creators and ensemble cast assembled on the prestigious Hall H stage, thrilling 6,500 fans who packed the convention center hall after camping overnight on the streets of San Diego in hopes of witnessing the history-making event.

Their efforts to be part of the series’ Comic-Con debut were rewarded with the unveiling of an exclusive trailer, and a sneak peek at several scenes from the series, as well as many other only-in-Hall-H surprises.

In a surprise and delight moment, The Late Show host—and Tolkien superfan—Stephen Colbert was revealed as the panel’s moderator. He joined series Showrunners J.D. Payne & Patrick McKay, Executive Producer Lindsey Weber, and 21 members of the ensemble cast for a panel that was among the largest for a single-series in San Diego Comic-Con history.
