The Murderer Is Revealed And The Fate Of Marvel Magic Is Decided

DEATH OF DOCTOR STRANGELast week, fans witnessed the shocking murder of the Marvel Universe’s Sorcerer Supreme in DEATH OF DOCTOR STRANGE #. Written by Jed MacKay with art by Lee Garbett, DEATH OF DOCTOR STRANGE will be a five issue epic that explores the mystery behind Strange’s demise and introduces the dangerous new threats that emerge when Earth is left without its’ fierce mystical protector. The final issue of the series will arrive in January where the murderer’s identity will be revealed.

The Marvel Universe stands at the brink of destruction and the deadly new trio of villains, the Three Mothers and their master, the Peregrine Child, are about to claim victory. Will Strange’s murderer have the last laugh? It all comes down to one last trick from the young, time-traveling Doctor Strange. MacKay, now signed as an exclusive writer for Marvel Comics, promises that this final chapter will open the door to an exciting future for Doctor Strange and Marvel’s magical heroes.

Tom Huang’s “Dealing with Dad” Cast Announced

ALLY MAKIAlly Maki, Hayden Szeto, and Peter s. Kim lead the cast in Tom Huang’s “Dealing With Dad”. Geena Davis’ Bentonville Way Entertainment is a producing partner on family dramedy written and directed by Huang.

Principal photography was recently completed for “DEALING WITH DAD,” a film written and directed by Tom Huang (“FIND ME”), with Geena Davis led Bentonville Film Festival arm, Bentonville Way Entertainment, on-board to help produce the feature.

Ally Maki (HOME ALONE reboot on Disney+; WRECKED; TOY STORY 4), Hayden Szeto (EDGE OF SEVENTEEN; COME AS YOU ARE; TRUTH OR DARE) and Peter S. Kim (FAIRFAX on Amazon Prime; JUST FOR LAUGHS New Faces of Comedy) lead the talented cast for this intimate and personal dramedy about family and life at a crossroads.

“Ghost Rider: Kushala” Infinity Comic Coming To Marvel Unlimited

“My Dead Dad” Sets World Premiere

In this charming coming-of-age drama, young burnout Lucas (Pedro Correa) is notified that his estranged father has passed away. Relieved to never have to hear about him again, Lucas learns that his father left him the responsibility of managing an apartment complex in Los Angeles. Determined to sell off the complex without a second thought, Lucas meets the eclectic tenants, and soon discovers his father was a different man than the one he knew.

“Every step of the way, from pre-production to post, we were faced with logistical and financial roadblocks, yet I can say that the many big things that could have easily shut production down somehow always missed us, lucky break after lucky break.” says writer/director Fabio Frey. “At the end of the day, I’m proud of what we made with the amazing supporters who believed in us. I hope it gives our audience a sense of catharsis, the way it did for us, and the courage to revisit memories they have buried away.”

The Legendary Fugees Return To The International Stage To Celebrate 25 Years Of ‘The Score’ With 2021 World Tour

Fugees 25 years of the scoreMs. Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel of legendary hip-hop group Fugees have reunited to announce their first world tour in 25 years and first shows in 15 years to celebrate the anniversary of 1996’s The Score, one of the greatest albums of all time.

Presented by Diaspora Calling and produced by Live Nation, the 12-city international tour will kick off tomorrow, September 22nd with an intimate pop-up show in New York City, at an undisclosed location.

The rest of the tour will commence November 2nd at United Center in Chicago and will make stops across the globe in Los Angeles, Miami, Newark, Paris, London, and more, before finishing the tour in Africa, with the final shows taking place in Nigeria and Ghana.

“Animation Is Film” Festival Announces 2021 Slate

The festival kicks off Opening Night on Friday, October 22 with the North American premiere of the highly anticipated Netflix feature, The Summit Of The Gods, followed by an in-person Q&A with award-winning director Patrick Imbert (The Big Bad Fox and Other Tales).

LAIKA continues 15th Anniversary Celebration with Screenings of All Its Films and Key Filmmaker Panels

Marvel’s Wastelanders: Hawkeye is the second installment in the Marvel’s Wastelanders audio epic. The 10-episode original scripted podcast series is written by J. Holtham (Jessica Jones), directed by Rachel Chavkin (Hadestown), with original sound design by One Thousand Birds, and an original score by James Harrison Monaco and JJJJJerome Ellis.
