Remender and Azaceta Drop Trailer For Upcoming Horror Series

Excitement for the upcoming The Seasons launch from The New York Times bestselling writer Rick Remender (The Sacrificers, Grommets, Deadly Class) and artist Paul Azaceta (Outcast by Kirkman and Azaceta) is ramping up and Giant Generator treated fans last weekend with the surprise drop of an eerie teaser trailer that alludes to an ancient evil at play.

This all-new, ongoing series was first announced in an exclusive scoop with Fangoria with a few more pages exclusively revealed at Dread Central yesterday to further whet fans’ appetite for the chilling new series.

Summer, Winter, Spring and Autumn are the Seasons Sisters, the daughters of the world-renowned Seasons Detectives. Ten years ago, their famous parents disappeared. “Bones of Crows” Launches on HULU for Native American Heritage Month

Bones of Crows had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2022 and has been received with widespread acclaim from audiences around the world at film festivals including VIFF, Cinéfest, CIFF, Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Birrarangga Film Festival, and many more.

The New Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy Trailer Released

In the upcoming romantic comedy film, Bridget is alone once again, widowed four years ago, when Mark (Oscar® winner Colin Firth) was killed on a humanitarian mission in the Sudan. She’s now a single mother to 9-year-old Billy and 4-year-old Mabel, and is stuck in a state of emotional limbo, raising her children with help from her loyal friends and even her former lover, Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant).

Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson are also back reprising their roles as Daniel Cleaver and Dr. Rawlings, along with Jim Broadbent, Sarah Solemani, Sally Phillips, Shirley Henderson, James Callis, Neil Pearson, Joanna Scanlan and Celia Imrie.

Joining them are new cast members Chiwetel Ejiofor, Leo Woodall, Isla Fisher, Nico Parker, Josette Simon and Leila Farzad.

Jones: Mad About the Boy is directed by Michael Morris (To Leslie, Better Call Saul).

Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy is set for release in the United States by Peacock on 13 February 2025, followed by an international release on 14 February 2025 by Universal Pictures.

New Ongoing Series The Hive, Delivers A Sting This February

Netflix Unveils Full Trailer for Holiday Thriller “Carry-On” Starring Taron Egerton and Jason Bateman

carry-onNetflix has released the trailer for Carry-On, a gripping holiday thriller starring Taron Egerton and Jason Bateman, which promises a mix of suspense and high-octane action.

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (Black Adam), the film follows a young TSA agent (Egerton) who is blackmailed into allowing a dangerous package onto a Christmas Day flight.

The ensemble cast includes Sofia Carson, Dean Norris, Danielle Deadwyler, Theo Rossi, and Logan Marshall-Green. Written by TJ Fixman and Michael Green.

The film is set to premiere globally on December 13, 2024.

Egerton is also set to star alongside Charlize Theron in Netflix’s upcoming thriller Apex.

After 50+ years exploring the far corners of the world, Werner Herzog focuses inward — on the human brain, via the cutting-edge field of neuroscience, with its attendant ethical quandaries. Joined by Columbia professor Rafael Yuste (the film’s science advisor), the two cross the country querying innovators in cerebral research and bioethics: Can computers help people communicate telepathically? How can the brain be stimulated to curb depression, pain, or the effects of Parkinson’s? Is thought control possible? Can fear be located in the brain? And — as only the beguiling Herzog could inquire — will a scientist be able to read his mind and see his film before he’s made it? Herzog’s curiosity is at its peak in this romp through technological advances once only the stuff of science fiction.

The film had its world premiere at the 2022 Telluride Film Festival and went on to screen at the Toronto International Film Festival, as well as DOC NYC, where Herzog was awarded the festival’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

THEATER OF THOUGHT will be the 17th of Herzog’s films to debut at Film Forum, making him the second most-premiered filmmaker in the theater’s 54-year history.

First Trailer for “Dear Santa” Starring Jack Black Released.

dear-santaA new trailer has been released for the upcoming Christmas comedy film directed by Bobby Farrelly.

In the film, Liam writes to Santa asking him to prove that he’s real. But Liam is dyslexic and accidentally sends his letter to Satan instead, who shows up at Liam’s house, excited to have his first fanboy letter and wanting a little of Liam’s soul.

The film stars Robert Timothy Smith, Jack Black, Keegan-Michael Key, Brianne Howey, Hayes MacArthur, P.J. Byrne, Jaden Carson Baker, Kai Cech, Post Malone, Gavin Munn.

“Dear Santa” will premiere on the Paramount+ on November 25th.
