Retro Themed First Poster For ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ Revealed

By Creative Media Times

Warner Bros may be skipping the big stages at this summer San Diego Comic-Con, but that didn’t stop director Patty Jenkins from hyping next year’s Wonder Woman 1984.

Marking a year from the film’s release next year, Jenkins tweeted a psychedelic and colorful poster of the film on Wednesday. “One… year… from… TODAY…,” Jenkins posted an image featuring Gal Gadot’s character, looking tough and ready to fight, standing in front of a rainbow-colored background.

Although WB is skipping SDCC, the director promised that promo will be in full swing in December. “By now you’ve heard: WB isn’t going to Hall H this year. We’re so sad to miss you there! And waiting until Dec. to start our official #WW84 campaign in full– But the truth is… we can just… barely… wait…” Jenkins posted.

Wonder Woman 1984 brings back Gal Gadot in the title role, as well as Chris Pine as Diana/Wonder Woman’s love interest Steve Trevor, while Kristen Wiig as Barbara Ann Minerva / Cheetah joins the cast.

The film is set to arrive in theaters on June 5, 2020.

McCarthy, Haddish And Moss Join The Mafia In “The Kitchen” Trailer

By Creative Media Times

Warner Bros. / New Line

The upcoming crime drama film sees the women as wives of Irish mobsters in jail. Written and directed by Andrea Berloff, the film is based on the Vertigo comic book miniseries.

Warner Bros. dropped the very first official trailer for the film, and it looks like the wives are about to take some serious business.

Those who may be expecting a comedy are in for a surprise, as the film is in fact more of a crime drama which that reminds us of last year’s excellent Steve McQueen directed film “Widows.”

Set 1978 New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen, the women are who are forced to take matters into their own hands while their husbands serve their sentences.

Also in the film are Domhnall Gleeson, Margo Martindale, Common, Bill Camp, and James Badge Dale, and many others.

“The Kitchen” set for release on August 9, 2019.
