The second official teaser trailer for Max’s upcoming “The Penguin” has been released, giving a better look at the upcoming series. A spinoff from The Batman, “The Penguin” follows the transformation of Oswald Cobblepot from a disfigured nobody to a noted Gotham gangster.

It stars Colin Farrell as Oz Cobb, the titular DC Gotham City villain. “I’m gonna tear down the empire from the inside out,” Oz says in the clip.

Also in “The Penguin” are Alex Anagnostidis, Clancy Brown, Carmen Ejogo, Cristin Milioti, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Michael Kelly, Michael Zegen and Deirdre O’Connell.
