Disney+ has release the trailer for “The Beach Boys”, giving a first look at the new documentary premiering on May 24th.
“Play hard and strong, all the way,” heard on the trailer as it stars, with footage showing the group in the studio.
A celebration of The Beach Boys—the legendary band that revolutionized pop music—and the iconic, harmonious sound they created that personified the California dream, captivating fans for generations and generations to come.
The documentary traces the band from humble family beginnings. It also features never-before-seen footage and all-new interviews with The Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, David Marks, Bruce Johnston and other artists including Lindsey Buckingham, Monáe, Ryan Tedder and Don Was.
The Beach Boys was directed by Frank Marshall and Thom Zimny, and is set to stream on the platform May 24.
