Last year, acclaimed writer Mariko Tamaki teamed up with the Harvey Award-winning art team Gurihiru to produce Spider-Man & Venom: Double Trouble, an unforgettable series that took readers on a crazy, body-swapping ride through the Marvel Universe. This March, the all-star creative team returns this March for a new installment starring Marvel’s famous feuding brothers and sons of Odin—Thor and Loki—in mayhem that only gods can handle in THOR & LOKI: DOUBLE TROUBLE.

McFarlane Toys Launches DUNE 2021 Movie Collectible Figure Line

McFarlane Toys today announced the launch of its stunning DUNE 2021 movie collectible line, which will bring to vivid life the characters featured in the highly-anticipated motion picture from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, due in theaters on October 1, 2021.

All-New Alien Stories Coming To Marvel Comics In March

Earlier this year, Marvel Comics announced that all-new comics set in the iconic—and terrifying—world of the Alien franchise would be launching in 2021. Today, Marvel is excited to announce that the first of these ventures into never-before-seen corners of the Alien universe will arrive this March with ALIEN #1.

Written by Phillip Kennedy Johnson (Empyre: Captain America) with art by Salvador Larroca (Doctor Doom), ALIEN #1 will be a thrilling addition to the incredible legacy that began with the groundbreaking 1979 film. DC Universe Scraps Original Programming, New Seasons of ‘Titans’ and ‘Harley Quinn’ Head to HBO Max

“Harley Quinn” renewed for Season 3 as DC Universe transitions into a comic-book subscription service

DC Universe’s first live-action series “Titans” will be migrating over to HBO Max for its upcoming third season as the two-year old streaming service is getting out of the original content business.

In addition, the animated “Harley Quinn” was renewed for a third season that will stream exclusively on HBO Max. “Doom Patrol” had recently been renewed for its own third season that will be exclusive to the WarnerMedia streaming service.

DC Universe will rebrand as DC Universe Infinite and focus exclusively to be a fan community and digital comics hub beginning Jan. 21, 2021.

Antony Starr, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Karen Fukuhara And More Celebrate The Boys Season 2 Premiere With A 2-Night Event And Drive-In Screening

Last night, Amazon Prime Video hosted a drive-in special screening of “The Boys” Season 2 ahead of today’s premiere. Stars Antony Starr, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Karen Fukuhara, Shantel VanSanten, Claudia Doumit, Langston Kerman, Abraham Lim and more arrived at Level 8 at The Grove in Los Angeles, California to celebrate the diabolical new season.

Guests arrived in their cars through Lucy the Whale, who makes a special and quite memorable appearance in the third episode of the critically acclaimed and fan favorite series. Ahead of the drive-in special screening, guests were invited to a diabolical and socially distant pre-party in their cars, where they had their pictures taken at the drive-through photo op activation, danced in their cars to the music of DJ Michelle Pesce, enjoyed Umami Burgers, Popcorn and Swedish Fish.

Before the two-episode special screening fans enjoyed a special pre-taped introduction from the cast and Executive Producers Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen and Evan Greenberg.

A special encore drive-in screening for cast and fans is also being held tonight (Friday, September 4th), and is currently at full capacity.

The first three episodes of Season 2 premieres today Friday, September 4, with new episodes available each Friday following, culminating in an epic season finale on October 9. The eight-episode Amazon Original series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in more than 200 territories around the world.

The previously announced action-packed series written by Joe Kelly and drawn by artist Chris Bachalo, NON-STOP SPIDER-MAN, will debut this January. Kelly and Bachalo, two industry legends, will be teaming up to give readers the most web-slinging action that can possibly be contained in a comic book. These pulse-pounding adventures of everyone’s favorite web-head will feature his most iconic villains and his most amazing feats ever put to page.

“I get asked who my favorite character is to draw and I reply Spider-Man. I get asked who my favorite writers are to work with and I reply with Joe Kelly. I get asked why I draw comics and I reply that I like telling stories—fast stories,” Bachalo said. “As the name implies, Non-Stop Spider-Man, starting with panel one, is a breakneck, furiously paced Spider-Man story with the purpose to break ankles and knees and then leave you wanting more.”

Chadwick, Marvel’s Black Panther, Dies After Battle With Cancer

Actor Chadwick Boseman, who starred in the massively successful Black Panther film, has died, a rep for Boseman said. He was 43. The actor has never made his diagnosis public.

He is survived by his wife and a parent and had no children, Fioravante said. Boseman’s wife, singer Taylor Simone Ledward, and family were by his side at his Los Angeles home.

Boseman’s career also includes his portrayals of Black American icons such as Jackie Robinson (in 2013’s “42”) and James Brown (in 2014’s “Get on Up”).

“It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman,” said a statement posted to his Twitter feed. “It was the honor of his life to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.”

In addition to “Black Panther,” Boseman also played the character in various Marvel Cinematic Universe installments such as Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
Most recently, he starred in Spike Lee’s Netflix war movie Da 5 Bloods which was released in June.
