The LA-based bridal designer said she used red because it “is a sign of prosperity and good luck so it’s a bit of that as well as making a statement for the grand finale piece.” Daily Mail is reporting that elaborate creation costs almost US$5,800 (NZD $8,000 or AUD $7689).

Deathstroke, Main Villain in Affleck’s “The Batman”?

Deathstroke, will face off against Bruce Wayne in “The Batman”, at least based on a cryptic tweet this morning from Ben Affleck himself, who plays the Dark Knight in the movie. And it looks super cool!

The identity of the actor playing Deathstroke remains unknown at this point, but there has been speculation regarding Joe Manganielo being the man behind the costume.

Nevertheless, this serves as a great teaser of more to come regarding Affleck’s Batman movie and the ever expanding DCEU characters.

Speaking of DCEU, it is also likely that Deathstroke will appear in Justice League (which is probably where the footage is from). Justice League comes out on November 17, 2016. Stay tuned!

Lady Gaga is slated to star opposite Bradley Cooper in the long rumored remake of the classic movie musical A Star Is Born. The pop star confirmed the news on her Twitter account.

Reports of a potential remake of the movie have been floating around Hollywood for the past few years. While Cooper was always mentioned as the director and co-star for the project, which will mark his film directorial debut, the actress rumored to be starring opposite him was another A-list pop star, Beyoncé.

Things apparently heated up this spring when Lady Gaga’s name was newly attached to A Star Is Born, and a reported screen test with Cooper apparently wowed the bigwigs at Warner Bros., which is producing the film. iPhone 2017 Rumors: All-Glass Case For 10th Anniversary Apple Smartphone?

By Jen Glennon

Apple supplier Foxconn is currently developing a glass case for a future incarnation of the iPhone, claims Japanese publication Nikkei. The report lends credence to speculation Apple’s 2017 iPhone will see more dramatic design changes than expected for the upcoming iPhone 7.

Nikkei claims Foxconn has been developing the glass chassis for more than a year, alongside OLED display technology following its acquisition of Sharp. It’s still possible, however, that Apple could use Samsung OLED displays for the 2017 iPhone.

KGI Securities Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted Apple would switch to non-aluminum casings back in April. In his report, he argued, “If iPhone 7 still uses an aluminum casing in 2016, it will be the fifth year in a row that iPhone has done so, which means there is no longer a feeling of freshness to appeal to consumers. Also, a lot of Apple’s (US) competitors are also adopting aluminum casings, which means iPhone no longer has a clear edge due to a lack of differentiation.

On expectations that iPhone shipments will decline in 2016, we believe Apple will be more strongly motivated to use non-aluminum casings in 2017 in a bid to enhance the competitiveness of iPhone by offering an all-new form-factor design.”

Tom Cruise’s movie gets a new title, and release date

By AICreativeMedia

Universal announced on Monday that Tom Cruise’s movie from director Doug Liman has been renamed American Made, with a release date delayed to Sept. 29, 2017. The movie was originally set for Jan. 6, 2017 release, going up against Amityville: The Awakening and Under World: Blood Wars, as fall of 2017 is shaping up to be a crowded season for action pictures.

“American Made” is based on the real-life exploits of Barry Seal (Cruise), a TWA pilot and a hustler for drug kingpin Pablo Escobar. He was unexpectedly recruited by the CIA as an informant and run one of the biggest covert operations in US history. Cruise himself is a trained pilot.

American Made also stars Domhnall Gleeson, Jesse Plemons, Lola Kirke, Sarah Wright, Benito Martinez, Jayma Mays, E. Roger Mitchell, Alejandro Edda, and Caleb Landry Jones.
Imagine Entertainment’s Brian Grazer, Cross Creek Pictures’ Brian Oliver and Tyler Thompson, Quadrant Pictures’ Doug Davison and Kim Roth are producing. Cross Creek Pictures is financing the film, with Universal handling distribution.
