There’s not a lot of released plot details, but according to a report from The Wrap this summer, that team would include Dinah Laurel Lance / Black Canary, Helena Bertinelli / Huntress, Cassandra Cain and Renee Montoya.
The original Birds of Prey comics series was conceived by Jordan B. Gorfinkel and has seen its setting move around various locations, from Batman’s popularly known residence Gotham City, then in Superman’s Metropolis and eventually settling in 2008 in “Platinum Flats” in California.
Originally a partnership between Dinah Lance and Barbara Gordon, the team has since expanded to include other DC superheroines.
