Alien: Covenant

By AI Creative Media

Its only Christmas and Hollywood is already gearing up for movie blockbusters set to hit Summer 2017. Because you know, there’s no better way to celebrate Christmas than watching this deliciously terrifying new trailer of master Ridley Scott’s new creation, Alien: Covenant.

Alien: Covenant is a sequel to 2012’s “Prometheus,” and brings back Michael Fassbender’s sinister android David, the only survivor of the Prometheus expedition.

Here’s the official synopsis:
Set as the second chapter in a prequel trilogy that began with Prometheus, Alien: Covenant connects directly to Ridley Scott’s 1979 seminal work of science fiction. It begins with the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy. There, the crew discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the “synthetic” David, survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.

Alien: Covenant opens on May 19th, 2017

Happy Holidays!

Colin Trevorrow’s The Book of Henry: First poster

By Armando

The first poster for Colin Trevorrow’s upcoming film The Book of Henry has arrived, and can be seen below. There is enormous talent attached to this movie, including Naomi Watts, Jacob Tremblay, Lee Pace, Sarah Silverman, Dean Norris, and Maddie Ziegler. Yet there is an indie feel to the promo, with this poster in particular focusing on two of the movie’s younger stars instead, actors Jacob Tremblay and Jaeden Lieberher facing a blackboard filled with drawings of mechanical objects, machines, and academic scribbles.

We don’t really know much about The Book of Henry, other than its a “story of a single mother raising two boys, one of whom is a genius.” After Colin Trevorrow’s massively successful Jurassic World, and before working on another would be blockbuster franchise film Star Wars: Episode IX, this little information we have right now about The Book of Henry actually makes it more exciting and intriguing. And with this impressively creative poster, the movie instantly becomes one of our most highly anticipated in 2017.

Focus Features will release THE BOOK OF HENRY in select cities June 16, 2017

Director: Colin Trevorrow (“Jurassic World,” “Safety Not Guaranteed”)
Writer: Gregg Hurwitz
Cast: Naomi Watts, Jaeden Lieberher, Jacob Tremblay, Sarah Silverman, Lee Pace, Maddie Ziegler, and Dean Norris
