Vanity Fair just released four gorgeous covers for it’s June issue and it features the cast of “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”. The photos were shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, who has been shooting Star Wars covers for the magazine since 1999’s Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace. The mag will be on newstands in the US on June 6 in timefor the 40th Anniversary of the franchise.
The magazine features Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) in one cover, while, while the rest of Poe (Oscar Isaac), Finn (John Boyega), newcomer Rose (Kelly Marie Tran) and BB-8 is on another. Brooding on another cover are characters of the First Order Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson), and Capt. Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) without her helmet.
By herself on the last cover is a beautiful picture of the late Gen. Leia (Carrie Fisher).
Here’s the behind the scenes video which includes Carrie Fisher in one of her final Star Wars photo shoots.
