Diddy Opens Charter School In His Hometown

Sean PDiddy Combs opens a new school in Harlem New York. Students gather to honored the mogul as he cut the ribbon at 1E. 104th St.

Sean Combs is a rapper, producer, entrepreneur, singer and song writer. His first job was newspaper delivery when he was a young boy. He is a bright person who was very devoted to having a successful future. He attended Howard University and was working as a doorman to pay for collage. The five time Award winner has had many achievements such as producing his own TV show called Making The Band, developing a clothing line called Sean John which is very popular in the young communities, managing talent shows and hosting events.

Diddy is founder of Cîroc Vodka in which he personally came up with all the flavors and founded Bad Boy Records in 1993. Sources say the name (Bad Boy Records) was inspired by a 1975 movie called Mohogany. Diddy is considered one of the greatest rappers and record producers that is affiliated with many artists in the industry.

The successful entrepreneur launched a liquor called DeLeón Tequila and a TV network called Revolt TV.

Millions of fans all around the world love, respect and honor the public figure. He was featured in popular movies such as Monster’s Ball in 2001, Seamless in 2005, Carlito’s Way in 2005, A Raisin In The Sun in 2008, Get Him To the Greek in 2010 and Muppets Most Wanted in 2014.

He was the manager and best friend of one of the greatest rappers that has ever live, Christopher Wallace aka The Notorious BIG.

Diddy loves children which is why he recently chose to invest in the Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School. Students surrounded the successful public figure to pay their respect for his good deeds.

“Great schools and great education make a big difference,” said Combs, according to the paper.
“Unfortunately, too many people don’t get the opportunity to succeed, no matter how hard they try. This is leveling the playing field here at Capital Prep.”

The school has enrolled 176 junior high school students for the first year. It will share the building with El Museo Del Bario in adjacent to Central Park NY. As the years go by, the school will expand student enrollment and grade levels. It will be managed by Capital Prep Magnet School founder, Steven Perry.

Diddy has done a lot for his community so this is not surprising. The opening of this school will inspire young people to do better and love education. It is expected to possess future successes and will grow for the better.
