The limited 5-date run, produced by Live Nation, kicks off on Saturday, September 21 in Omaha, NE at Steelhouse Omaha, with additional stops in Oklahoma City, OK, Waukee, IA, and Detroit, MI before wrapping up on Friday, September 27 in Madison, WI at The Sylvee.

One of the most versatile and creatively daring artists in hip-hop today, Trippie Redd makes music that’s both wildly experimental and massively appealing. Gravitas Ventures is set to release Jon Nix’s documentary Don’t Fall In Love With Yourself” about musician and artist Justin Pearson and the San Diego punk scene.

Gravitas will release the film through their hybrid distribution system composed of Comcast, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock, Spectrum, Apple TV, Dish, Google Play, DirecTV, and more on August 20th.

The news comes on the heels of the announcement of their forthcoming album Girl due August 30th. Speaking about the new single Coco and Clair note, “‘Kate Spade’ was one of the first songs we finished for the album after a night out in Amsterdam. The upcoming 21-date North American tour, produced by Live Nation, begins October 1st in Montreal and includes stops in Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, New York, and more. We were writing about our relationships, referencing and incorporating lyrics we had written years ago – lyrics previously put aside for being too vulnerable or confessional. We were experimenting with a style of production that felt more refined, polished, intentional, and intimate.

Blxst Announces 2024 I’ll Always Come Find You Tour

BlxstFollowing last week’s release of his new album, “I’ll Always Come Find You”, Blxst announces his 2024 I’ll Always Come Find You Tour. Blxst will play 30 shows across North America; following up his sold-out No Love Lost tour in 2021 and his sold-out Before You Go tour in 2022.

The tour will kick off on October 1 in Houston with stops in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, and more. Blxst will end the domestic tour back home in Los Angeles on November 22; before performing his first-ever show in Hawaii on December 5.

Joining Blxst on tour are collaborators and special guests Leon Thomas, Joyce Wrice, and Joony. Earlier this year, Blxst and Leon linked up for their “Crash & Burn (Remix).” Joyce and Joony are both featured on the new album on tracks: “Better Off Friends,” and “Thousand Hours,” respectively. Plus, TDE Singer Zacari will join Blxst in Hawaii after their most recent collaboration “Bless Her Heart.”

I’ll Always Come Find You is Blxst’s most motivated project to date. The 20-track concept album is split into four acts where Blxst takes on the character of Birdie, a young man who inherits his father’s chauffeur car service upon his sudden passing. This new creative and direction marks a new era for Blxst; not only musically, but with his performance plan and special surprises for the I’ll Always Come Find You Tour.

SDCC 2024: The National Association of Voice Actors Returns to San Diego Comic-Con

NAVANAVA is returning to SDCC after a successful panel last year. NAVA is the leading advocate for voice actors and AI protections, will lead a discussion on how new standards need to be built for artists, performers, and producers to collaborate on great products, while still protecting individual rights to intellectual property, performance, and publicity.

One issues that is ever looming is the threat of AI, and very likely to be a major panel issue. “Entertainment performers and artists of all kinds must adapt to this groundbreaking technology that can not only replicate their words, art, images, voices, and movements but also feed machine learning to create entirely new content,” according to the release.

Moderated by voice actor Linsay Rousseau (Transformers: War for Cybertron, media affairs director for NAVA), panelists include voice actors Tim Friedlander (president/founder of NAVA, Like a Dragon), JP Karliak (founder/president of QueerVox, X-Men ’97), Carin Gilfry (co-founder of NAVA, Starfield), Matthew “Reazon” Parham (director of operations for NAVA, Marvel’s MechStrike), and lawyer Scott Mortman (founder/CEO of global business consulting and legal advisory services AREDA Ventures, council for NAVA).
