Wonderfront Music and Arts Festival Set To Return To San DiegoThe three-day Wonderfront Music and Arts Festival is set to return to San Diego’s waterfront on Nov. 18-20, 2022.

The three-day festival will kick off featuring more than 80 bands from different musical genres across eight stages that are uniquely positioned along the iconic waterfront location of America’s Finest City.

This includes three-time Grammy Award winner and multiplatinum solo artist Gwen Stefani, four-time Grammy-winning rock band The Kings of Leon, three-time Grammy-winning country music performers The Zac Brown Band, and two-time BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Award winner Schoolboy Q.

The eight named stages are the Events.com Headliners Stage, the Pot of San Diego Stage and the Sugarshack Sessions Stage that are all located at Embarcadero Marina North Park; the Coors Light Stage and the ImmerXion Stages, located at the Seaport Village; the TUStreams Stage and The Silent Disco Stage at the Ruocco Park, and the Spirit of San Diego Marietta Stage at the 5th Ave. Landing.

The festival gets underway on Friday, Nov. 18. Doors open at 2:30 on Friday with the first acts on stage at 2:45 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 19 and 20, doors opens at 12 noon each day with bands and artists performing on both daays from 12:30 to 10pm.

Produced by Live Nation, the 32-city tour kicks off on January 22nd at Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA making stops across the U.S. in Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, and more before wrapping up in Nashville, TN at Marathon Music Works on March 29th. Born and raised in East Atlanta, Grammy nominated JID grew up on his parents’ collection of classic funk/soul LPs, and broke onto the scene with his 2015 EP, DiCaprio. The EP saw him collaborating with hip-hop duo EARTHGANG, whom he’d previously joined on a 2014 tour also including Bas and Ab-Soul.

This is where he was spotted by J.Cole who promptly signed JID to his Interscope Records venture, Dreamville Records. Soon after signing to Dreamville, JID made his major-label debut with the widely celebrated The Never Story (2017) which was quickly followed by the critically acclaimed album DiCaprio 2 (2018). The sophomore project received major looks from press and tastemakers like Rolling Stone, Billboard, FADER, NPR and helped induct the rapper to the year’s XXL’s Freshmen class.

Marcus Mumford N Am Tour In Support Of His Debut Solo AlbumMarcus Mumford will tour North America this fall in support of his debut solo album, (self-titled), which will be released on September 16 by Capitol Records.

The headline run, produced by Live Nation, will kick off with two Colorado dates – September 19 at Boulder’s Fox Theatre and September 20 at the Paramount Theatre in Denver.

The tour will include shows at The Wiltern in Los Angeles (September 30), Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium (October 30) and the Beacon Theatre in New York City (November 7). Danielle Ponder will support from September 19 – October 14 and The A’s will open from October 17 – November 10 (except October 30). Mumford will also perform at ACL Fest on October 9 and October 16.
