Patrick Kindlon and Marco Ferrari are launching a new Gehenna series this January.
Gehenna: Lust for Conquest continues the duo’s collaboration in the world they’ve been building together. The creative team previously worked on Gehenna stories for Image Comics, and this latest installment expands that universe.
Kindlon, known for his sharp writing on books like Stillwater and There’s Nothing There, teams up again with Ferrari’s artwork. The series will be published through Image Comics.
The book hits shelves in January 2027.
For indie comics fans who’ve been following Kindlon’s output over the past few years, this marks another step in his prolific run. He’s built a reputation for crafting tight, character-driven stories that don’t waste a panel. Pairing him with Ferrari again suggests they’ve found a rhythm worth exploring further.
Image Comics continues to be a home for creator-owned work like this, where writers and artists retain control of their properties and build their own worlds without editorial interference. That freedom is what makes books like Gehenna possible in the first place.
