DreamHack, the premier gaming lifestyle festival, has announced it will make its U.S. West Coast debut with DreamHack Anaheim in Anaheim, CA February 21-23, 2020, at the Anaheim Convention Center. The 24 hour-a-day festival weekend will feature everything gaming under one roof and will be jam-packed with pro esports tournaments, amateur and varsity gaming tournaments, world-famous bring your own computer (BYOC) LAN party, cosplay championship, panels, art, activities, expo, screenings, live music and more. Tickets will be available HERE beginning Friday, September 20, 2019.

“I cannot express our excitement at bringing DreamHack to the great city of Anaheim for our first-ever West Coast festival weekend — especially because it comes on the heels of our 25th-anniversary celebration,” said DreamHack Co-CEO Marcus Lindmark. “This debut event in Anaheim will be a not-to-be-missed experience for fans of esports and all things gaming.”

“We are thrilled to be bringing DreamHack to the West Coast for the first time in the history of the event,” said Visit Anaheim Vice President of Sports Development Roy Edmonson. “Events like DreamHack are perfect for Anaheim, as we have the largest convention center on the west coast, and this is a great addition to our portfolio of clients.”

2019 was a tremendous year of growth for DreamHack, including inaugural events in South America (DreamHack Rio); Dallas, TX (DreamHack Dallas); and Rotterdam, Netherlands (DreamHack Rotterdam). The festival experience will continue to innovate and improve the experience for both attendees and fans alike. The complete 2020 festival schedule will be announced in December.
