Luke Bryan Announces “Mind Of A Country Boy Tour”

Five-time Entertainer of the Year and American Idol celebrity judge Luke Bryan will kick off his 2024 “Mind Of A Country Boy Tour” in Canada in Calgary’s Scotiabank Saddledome on April 17 with Chayce Beckham and Tenille Arts joining. Luke will also feature multiple special guests throughout the “Mind Of A Country Boy Tour”: Tenille Arts, Chayce Beckham, George Birge, King Calaway, Dillon Carmichael, Larry Fleet, HunterGirl, Ella Langley, Tracy Lawrence, Kameron Marlowe, Chase Matthew, Meghan Patrick, Lily Rose, Josh Ross, Alana Springsteen, Zach Top, and DJ Rock. For many years, Luke has lifted up and mentored new artists by offering them the opportunity to perform in front of his concert audiences.

The tour boasts two stadium dates this year, Truist Field in Atlanta on August 17 with Bailey Zimmerman, Kameron Marlowe and Chayce Beckham and Wrigley Field in Chicago on August 25 with Bailey Zimmerman, Tracy Lawrence and Chayce Beckham. The tour is produced by Live Nation.

“Mind Of A Country Boy Tour” is aptly titled after a song from Luke’s upcoming album release.

During his career Luke has performed for more than 14 million fans inclusive of his numerous headline tours, “Crash My Playa,” “Luke Bryan: VEGAS” and “Farm Tour.”

First Trailer And Poster To Amy Winehouse Biopic “Back to Black” Released

The upcoming biographical film is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, from a script written by Matt Greenhalgh.

Marisa Abela as the late British singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse, who was known for mix of musical genres influences, and for her hit songs like “Rehab” and “Back to Black”.

“Back to Black” is also the title of her second and last studio album,, which was released in 2006, won five Grammy Awards and was a huge international, becoming one of the biggest albums in UK history.

Also in the movie are Jack O’Connell as Amy’s ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, Eddie Marsan and Juliet Cowan as Amy’s parents, Mitch and Janis Winehouse, and Lesley Manville as Amy’s grandmother Cynthia.

The film is set for release on May 17, 2024 by Focus Features.

XX is the 20th anniversary expanded, remastered and reimagined edition of the rock doc DIG!, which looks at the collision of art and commerce through the eyes of two dueling rock bands — The Dandy Warhols and The Brian Jonestown Massacre — now over 27 years on, which adds new narration by The Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Joel Gion and features 40+ minutes of never-before-seen footage.

The 502s Announce Great American Road Trip Tour

Today, American indie folk group The 502s have announced their Live Nation-produced 2024 trek – Great American Road Trip – across 26 cities in North America with support from Zach Seabaugh and Daniel Nunnelee. “Kneecap” Premieres at 2024 Sundance Film Festival

“Kneecap” recently had its world premiere at 2024 Sundance Film Festival on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Prospector Square at Park City, Utah as part of this year’s highlights in the NEXT section.

Directed by Rich Peppiatt in his debut feature, the film provides a semi-fictionalized origins and formation of the ground-breaking Belfast, Northern Ireland-based hip-hop trio Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí, and their dramatic rise to stardom.

Peppiatt also wrote the script, with Jack Tarling and Trevor Birney as producers.

“Kneecap” is the first Irish-language film to premiere at Sundance. Michael Fassbender also co-stars in the film, along with Simone Kirby, Jessica Reynolds, Fionnula Flaherty and Josie Walker. All three rappers play themselves in the film in their acting debuts.

After the showing, the group cast and the filmmaker took the stage to discuss the movie.
