Pete Davidson stars in The Home, an upcoming horror thriller directed by The Purge creator James DeMonaco, scheduled for theatrical release on July 25, 2025.

The film follows a young man sentenced to community service at a retirement home, where the fourth floor is said to house residents requiring “special care.” As he investigates further, he uncovers disturbing secrets that endanger both the residents and himself.

The cast includes Marilee Talkington, John Glover, Bruce Altman, and Ethan Phillips. The script is co-written by DeMonaco and Adam Cantor, with Bill Block and Sebastien K. Lemercier producing.

“The Home” is set for release on July 25, 2025. Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions has release a new trailer this week.
