Microsoft has announced the next Xbox console, Project Scorpio. The head of Xbox Phil Spencer said he believes it will be the most powerful console ever during its E3 2016 briefing.
The long-rumored Project Scorpio is an enhanced version of the Xbox One, capable of running 4K-native games, and will also support VR experiences. According to Xbox chief Phil Spencer, Microsoft views the new device as much more than a simple refresh.
Microsoft also announced the Xbox One S, a slimline version of the original Xbox One, 40% smaller than the nearly 3-year-old launch model, comes up to 2 TB internal hard disk drive, supports 4K video and HDR feature.
