The moody trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s haunted house horror film has been released. “A family moves into a suburban house and becomes convinced they’re not alone”, says the film’s synopsis.
The film has a unique approach and takes a new spin on the haunted house genre: it is shot entirely from the perspective of the ghost that is terrorizing the family. The new trailer does an excellent job in showing this without giving too much of the story away.
Written by David Koepp, the chilling film stars Callina Liang, Lucy Liu, Chris Sullivan, Eddy Maday, Julia Fox and West Mulholland.
“Presence” is set to open on January 24.
