20th Century Studios has released the first trailer for Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere, the upcoming biopic exploring the making of Bruce Springsteen’s 1982 acoustic masterpiece Nebraska. The film opens in theaters October 24, 2025.
Directed by Scott Cooper and based on Warren Zanes’ book, the film stars Jeremy Allen White as Springsteen during a pivotal period in his life—grappling with rising fame and personal demons while crafting one of his most haunting and enduring albums.
The cast also includes Jeremy Strong, Paul Walter Hauser, Stephen Graham, Odessa Young, Gaby Hoffmann, Marc Maron, and David Krumholtz.
Springsteen, who visited the set during production, praised White’s performance and called the experience “fun” but emotionally intense, noting some scenes depicted “the most painful days” of his life.
